She can't remember what happended the night before and she starts to walk around her apparment searching for something, when she find blood everywhere. She freaks out and finds her landlord banging her door, an she has transformed to a zoombie. Throug the episode we'll follow Helens fight to get to her "boyfriends" appartment and her fight against the other zoombies. And.. what did really happened on New Years Eve?
